Shipping Policy
Last Updated: August 20251. Shipping Promises & Timeframes
We commit to ship within the advertised or specified timeframe following receipt of a completed order and payment. If no timeframe is provided, we will ship within 30 days. If we cannot meet the shipping promise, we will notify you immediately, provide a revised shipment date, and allow you to either accept the delay or cancel the order for a full refund. This complies with the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
2. Delay Notifications & Refunds
For moderate delays (within the promised or 30-day window), we will communicate the new shipment date and inform you that failure to respond counts as your consent to the delay. For significant delays (over 30 days) or where no new date can be provided, we will clearly state that the order will be automatically canceled with a full refund unless you expressly opt to continue.
3. International Shipping & Customs
International shipping may be subject to import duties, customs inspections, and potential delays—especially following the end of the U.S. “de minimis” exemption for packages under $800. These charges or delays are the buyer’s responsibility. If you require expedited shipping, tracking, or insurance, please specify at order placement; additional fees may apply.
4. Nevada Tax on Shipping
Nevada is a destination-based sales tax state. For sales shipped to Nevada, you must collect tax based on the shipping address. Shipping fees are generally taxable if the items are taxable.
5. Fulfillment Partners & Drop Shipping
Even when using third-party fulfillment or drop-shipping, the seller remains responsible for timely shipping. If a partner fails to ship, the seller must actively resolve the issue—such as notifying customers, arranging alternatives, or offering refunds.
