1. Physical Products

For tangible products experiencing defects or significantly not as described, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must remain unused and in its original packaging. We cover return shipping, and refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after receipt.

2. Subscription Games

Subscriptions auto-renew. If the initial term is unused, you may request a refund; renewal charges are generally non-refundable. In compliance with the FTC’s “Click-to-Cancel” rule, subscription terms must be clearly disclosed before you authorize payment, and you can cancel renewals anytime in your account.

3. In‑Game Purchases

Purchases of in-game upgrades or items are considered instant consumption and are not eligible for refunds, coin refunds, or cash exchange.
